Amish Cornbread with Amish Starter

Ingredients
- 1 cup Amish batter
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 cup milk
- 2 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 1/2 cup cornmeal
- 1/4 cup oil
- 3/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
- Combine batter, eggs, milk, sugar, flour and cornmeal in large bowl and beat at medium speed for 2 minutes.
- Add oil, soda, salt and baking powder. Mix well and pour in well greased 9" pan. Bake for 25-30 minutes.
