Potato Dressing for Poultry
Ingredients
- 1 cup diced celery
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 2 cup bread cubes
- 4 tablespoon margarine
- 3 eggs, beaten
- chopped parsley sprigs
- 2 cup mashed potatoes
Instructions
Simmer celery and onion in 1/4 cup water until tender. Brown bread cubes in margarine in skillet. Fold eggs and parsley into potatoes; stir in celery mixture and bread cubes. Spoon into greased casserole; cover. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes; uncover. Bake 15 minutes longer. Yield: 6 servings
