Ingredients

  • 2 12-ounce packages fresh cranberries
  • 3 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 cup zinfandel wine
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 2 teaspoon orange peel, grated
  • 2 oranges, cut into 3/4 inch pieces
  • 3/4 cup raisins (or dried currants)

Instructions
