Curry Turkey with Veggies

Ingredients
- 1 large onion, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoon garlic, crushed
- 1 tablespoon ginger, crushed
- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoon oil
- 8 ounce frozen green peas
- 3 tablespoon curry powder
Instructions
- Combine ground turkey, salt, black pepper, garlic, ginger, and curry powder in a bowl and mix well. Heat oil on medium heat, saute onion until slightly golden brown.
- Add turkey mixture, mix well, cover and cook for 15 minutes or until turkey meat is cooked. Stir occasionally.
- Add frozen peas, stir well to coat them, cover and simmer for 5 to 10 minutes.
- When the peas are soft and tender, turn off heat.
