Vernon's Vegan Mac and Cheese

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup nutritional yeast
- 1/2 cup flour
- Garlic powder
- Salt
- 2 cup water
Instructions
- Whisk in sauce pan over medium heat until thick and bubbling.
- Remove from heat, add a little margerine and a teaspoon or so of mustard.
- It is very creamy, there is a different flavor but we like it a lot.
- The dish is a lot like mac and cheese in that it is warm and creamy and comforting, looks the same, and has a related and pleasant, mild taste.
