Apple Mallo Yam Bake

Ingredients
- 17 ounce yams, drained
- 2 apples, peeled and sliced
- 1/3 cup pecans, chopped
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 cup margarine
- Mini marshmallows
Instructions
- In a bowl, toss apples and pecans together with brown sugar and cinnamon.
- In a 1 quart casserole dish, alternate layers of apples and yams. Dot with melted margarine. Cover.
- Bake at 350 degrees F for 30-40 minutes.
- Sprinkle marshmallows over yams and broil until lightly browned.
