Baked Brussels Sprouts and Chestnuts
Ingredients
- 2 cup Brussels sprouts, cooked
- 1/2 pound chestnuts
- chicken stock or beef
- bread crumbs
- butter
Instructions
Fill baking dish with chestnuts and sprouts. Layering them. Dot each layer with butter. Moisten lightly with the stock. Cover and top with the bread crumbs and butter. Bake uncovered at 350F for 20 - 30 minutes.
