Basic Steamed Cabbage
Ingredients
- 1/2 head meduim cabbage (sliced)
- 1/2 c water
- 1 tsp pepper flakes
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
Instructions
Put all ingredients in 2 quart pot with tight fitting lid and simmer until cabbage is tender.
