Braised Brussels Sprouts

Ingredients
- 1 small onion
- 1 pound Brussels sprouts
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon marjoram
- 1/2 cup chicken or vegetable stock
- salt or soy sauce, to taste
Instructions
- Saute the onions in the olive oil.
- Add the sprouts and briefly sear.
- Add the remaining ingredients, cover, and simmer until sprouts are tender.
