Broccoli Cheese Scalloped Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoon butter or margarine
  • 1 small onion, sliced
  • 1 can (10 3/4 oz.) condensed broccoli cheese soup
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 1/8 tablespoon pepper
  • 4 medium potatoes, cooked and sliced 1/4 inch thick
  • chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

In a 10 inch skillet, heat the margarine over medium heat and cook the onion until tender. Add the soup, milk, pepper, and potatoes. Heat to boiling. Reduce the heat to low. Cover and simmer 5 minutes or until hot. Garnish with the parsley and serve.
