Corn Custard
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoon butter
- 2 tablespoon flour
- 2 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup milk
- 2 cup whole kernel corn
Instructions
Cream butter, flour, sugar and salt together. Beat the eggs and milk together. Add milk mixture to the flour mixture. Stir in the corn. Pour into 2-quart casserole dish. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees F for about 40 minutes or until knife inserted deep into middle comes out clean.
