    Corn Pudding

    Ingredients

    • 2 Tbsp. sugar
    • 1-1/2 Tbsp. corn starch
    • 1 cup milk
    • 3 eggs (beaten)
    • 1 can #10 size cream style corn
    • 2 Tbsp. butter
    • 1-1/2 tsp. salt
    • dash of nutmeg

    Instructions

    Mix together sugar and cornstarch, gradually adding milk until smooth. Add eggs, corn, butter and salt and mix well. Turn into greased 1 quart (1 litre) baking dish, sprinkle top with nutmeg. Place pan in (a larger pan of) hot water at 300 F [150 C] for 1-3/4 hours.
