    Creamy Cauliflower

    Ingredients

    • 1 medium head cauliflower, cut into florets
    • 3 tbsp cream cheese spread
    • 1/2 tsp dillweed
    • 3 tbsp grated parmesan cheese

    Instructions

    Serves 4. Cook cauliflower in boiling water 10 minutes or until tender, drain. Place in food processor. Add cream cheese and dill. Blend until smooth. Serve topped with parmesan cheese.
