    Finnish New Potatoes

    Ingredients

    • Water to barely cover potatoes
    • 1 tablespoon salt
    • 1 bunch of dill stalks
    • reserved dill leaves
    • 2 pounds tiny new potatoes

    Instructions

    Bring the salted water to a boil. Add the dill stalks and potatoes. Cover partially. Simmer until done: do not overcook. Pour away the water from the pan, and put the potatoes back on the heat uncovered. Shake the pan to dry the potatoes. Sprinkle the potatoes with the reserved dill leaves, chopped.
