- 1 pound white, or Chinese cabbage
- 2 tablespoon oil, or melted lard
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 stick celery
Instructions

Wash the cabbage. Shred finely.

Heat the oil over a medium high heat. Fry the cabbage for 3 minutes, stirring constantly.

Add the salt, mixing well.

Wash the celery and cut into thin slices.
