Green Beans

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. green beans
  • 2 cloves minced garlic
  • 1 clove sliced garlic
  • 1 small can tomato sauce or freshly made
  • 2-3 fresh chopped leaves basil
  • 1 tablespoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon cooking wine or vodka

Instructions

In a medium size saute pan heat the oil and saute the garlic. Add cracked pepper and basil. Add cooking wine. Add cooked green beans and tomato sauce. Serve.
