Harvard Beets
Ingredients
- 1 can beets
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. butter
Instructions
Drain can of cooked beets. Mix together sugar, cornstarch, salt, vinegar and butter. Boil 5 minutes. Add beets and let stand 15 minutes on simmer.
