    Harvard Beets

    Ingredients

    • 1 can beets
    • 1/2 cup sugar
    • 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    • 1/2 teaspoon salt
    • 1/2 cup vinegar
    • 2 Tbsp. butter

    Instructions

    Drain can of cooked beets. Mix together sugar, cornstarch, salt, vinegar and butter. Boil 5 minutes. Add beets and let stand 15 minutes on simmer.
