"How to make pumpkin puree in your Instant Pot or pressure cooker. This is quicker and easier than making it in the oven. The skin falls off, so it's easier to separate the pulp from the skin than making it in the oven. You can use this in place of canned pumpkin. One pie pumpkin will yield about two cans of pumpkin puree. You can also freeze it for later to make pies or other desserts. "
