Ingredients
- 3 pound Yukon Gold Potatoes
- 1 cup Chicken Broth
- 2 tablespoon Fresh Rosemary
- Cracked Black pepper
- Garlic Salt
- 5 clove Garlic
- 4 tablespoon Unsalted Butter

Preheat oven to 425 F. Rinse potatoes and pat dry. Do not peel.

Cut the ends off of the potatoes. You can use the ends in another dish if you like, or discard them.
