Oven roasted Potatoes

Ingredients

  • Cut potatoes in one-inch cubes and parboil (10 minutes). This
  • makes them more tender and baking time is less (so they dry out
  • less). Drain well.

Instructions

Melt several tablespoons of margerine on a cookie sheet with edges. Add spices and mix in (1 teaspoon each of garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper and 1 tablespoon of parsley). Add potatoes and, using spatula, turn to coat. Bake at 400 degrees F for about 10 minutes, turn and bake a little more.
