    Pommes Noisettes

    Ingredients

    • 4 medium potatoes, peeled and washed
    • 1/2 tsp salt
    • cold water
    • 60g butter

    Instructions

    With a melon baller, scoop potato into balls. Place in salted cold water (make sure the potato balls are covered with water to prevent browning). Cover with a lid and stand for 1 hour, then drain. Place in a pan of water and cook until tender. Drain and pat dry with a paper towel. Melt butter in a pan and let it foam. Add potato balls and stir until golden brown.
