Potato Rolls Aardappel Broodjes
Ingredients
- 4 tablespoon butter
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2 pound potatoes, cooked and mashed
- salt, black pepper and nutmeg to taste
- 3 egg yolks, beaten
- 2 tablespoon tomato paste
- 1 cup chopped cooked ham
Instructions
Netherlands. Add 2 tablespoons of the butter and milk to hot mashed potatoes. Beat until smooth. Add seasonings, egg yplks, tomato paste and ham. Mix, shape into oval rolls. Brown in remaining butter. Serves 6
