Sauteed Dandelion Blossoms
Ingredients
- 2 c dandelion blossoms
- 2/3 c cracker crumbs
- 1 egg, beaten
- 2 tb milk
Instructions
Yield: 3 Servings. Combine egg and milk. Dip flowers first into egg mixture, then into cracker crumbs. Saute in oil for one minute on each side. Serve hot.
