Scalloped Corn
Ingredients
- 1 can cream style corn
- 2 cup cracker crumbs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoon butter
Instructions
Combine corn, crackers, milk, egg and salt. Pour into greased 1 1/2 quart casserole. Dot with butter. Bake at 350 for 1 hour or until knife inserted halfway to center comes out clean.
