Scalloped Corn
Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 cup crushed soda crackers
- 1 1/2 cup milk
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 (15 - 16 oz) cans creamed corn
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour, or until center is no longer runny.
