This bread is easy to prepare because it's a wet no-knead dough that you just mix together. I add nutritious seeds to this bread and give you to choose which seeds you would like to add. I like to add sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds and chia seeds amongst others. The bread turns out moist, flavorful and it's rich in fiber. Fibers help you to digest better and help you to feel full longer so that you don't have to succumb to sudden hot food cravings. "
