Burgers
Ingredients
- 1 cup ground almonds
- 1/4 cup tahini
- 1/4 cup tamari
- 1/2 onion, diced fine
- 1 carrot, diced fine
- juice of 1 lemon
Instructions
(yield: about 6 burgers). Add everything to the almonds. Make patties and fry in a little oil or broil. Handle carefully as not to break.
