Creamy Tofu Salad Dressing
Ingredients
- 1/2 pound soft tofu
- 2 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 Tbsp honey or sweetener of your choice
- 2 Tbsp safflower oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions
Combine in blender. Blend until smooth and creamy. You may have to add a little water if using a firmer tofu.
