"Cauliflower steaks are a simple tasty side that requires a minimal amount of work. Adjust the seasoning to your personal taste. You will be bowled over at how well cauliflower can taste. I don’t know where my favorite local grocery store gets their cauliflower from. I can honestly say that I have never stopped to read the label but sometimes they are almost as large as soccer balls. My daughter and I always have to stop and think if we have enough room in the fridge for it. The refrigerator was somewhat bare and they were on sale this past week so it was the perfect time to scoop one up. I have so many delectable cauliflower recipes but Cauliflower Steaks are one of my favorites."
