Double Strawberry Shake

Ingredients

  • 2 cup strawberries (fresh works best but frozen is fine)
  • 1/2 c nonfat, 1% or soymilk
  • 3 T strawberry preserves
  • 3 ice cubes
  • 2 scoops plain, vanilla, or strawberry soy protein powder

Instructions

Serves 2. Combine all ingredients in blender. Cover and blend at high speed for about a minute (time will be longer if using frozen strawberries). Serve immediately.
