- 4 Zucchinis
- Pinch of Salt
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 Avocado
- 1 Clove Garlic
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil

Cut the ends off each zucchini then cut in half to fit in your spiralizer. Apply constant pressure while spiralizing to create long zucchini noodles.
