    Peach Sorbet

    Ingredients

    • 4 large ripe peaches
    • 1 lemon
    • 1 1/2 tablespoon maple syrup
    • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
    • 1/2 cup soy milk

    Instructions

    1. Coarsely chop peaches, then freeze at least three hours.
       
    2. Squeeze lemon and add its juice to a blender.
       
    3. Add frozen peach chunks and remaining ingredients to the blender, then blend until smooth.
