This is nice and simple but slightly different from the recipe I use. I've been blending the rice for about 10 seconds then straining it to remove the solids. Also, I use water at room temperature. It'll be nice to try it this way and not have to strain. I add a little sugar too. Rice milk is great for making peanut punch.
