Rice Milk Corn Bread

Ingredients

  • 1 cup corn meal
  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1 cup rice milk or soy milk
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • jalapenos, optional
  • onions, optional
  • water to achieve desired thickness

Instructions

Oil a medium-size baking pan (or iron skillet) and sprinkle with flour to prevent sticking. Bake at 350 to 400 for about 30-35 minutes. Serve with beans.
