Simple Cottage Cheese Loaf

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon onion, chopped
  • 2 tablespoon margarine
  • 2 teaspoon Savorex
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 cup cottage cheese
  • 1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
  • 1/4 tablespoon Accent
  • salt

Instructions

  1. Braise onions in margarine; add Savorex.
     
  2. Beat eggs slightly, and mix all ingredients thoroughly. The bread crumbs are a thickening factor. Vary amount needed, depending upon liquid in cottage cheese.
     
  3. Place in oiled pan to 3-inch depth. Bake at 350 about 45 minutes, or until set. Serve with brown gravy.
