Soybean and Chickpea Burger Mix

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup chick pea
- 1/2 cup soy beans
- 1/2 cup raw peanuts or sunflower kernels
- 1/4 cup toasted sesame seeds
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/4 cup pea flour
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 1 tablespoon parsley
Instructions
- Grind the first four ingredients in a food processor until it resembles bread crumbs.
- Add the remaining ingredients. This can be stored in an air-tight jar.
To make burgers:
1 cup burger mix (above), 1/2 cup water, 2 tsp dark soy sauce, oil.
- Add ingredients, apart from oil and mix well (can add extra herbs and spices if desired).
- Stand for 15 minutes.
- Cook on a moderate heat for 5 minutes each side. Cover the pan with a lid to hasten cooking.
