And they are really easy to make! These Vegan Crab Cakes are incredible. They are golden, tender, moist, flaky and absolutely full of flavour thanks to a combo of red curry paste, green onions, lime, tamari and ginger. They are great for dinner but also good made into mini cakes and served with a sweet chili dipping sauce either as an appetizer at a dinner party or as part of a buffet."
