Gluten Free Cheese Garlic Biscuits

Ingredients
- 2 cup Bisquick Gluten Free mix
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 cup cold butter or margarine
- 2/3 cup milk
- 1/2 cup (about 2-ounces) shredded Cheddar cheese
- 3 eggs
- GARLIC-BUTTER TOPPING:
- 1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
- Heat oven to 425 degrees F. In medium bowl, mix Bisquick mix and 1⁄4 teaspoon garlic powder.
- Using pastry blender (or pulling 2 table knives through mixture in opposite directions), cut in 1⁄4 cup butter until mixture looks like coarse crumbs.
- Stir in milk, cheese and eggs until soft dough forms. Drop rounded tablespoonfuls, about 3 inches apart, onto ungreased cookie sheet.
- Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until light golden brown.
For garlic topping:
- In small bowl, mix 1⁄4 cup melted butter and 1⁄4 teaspoon garlic powder; brush over warm biscuits before removing from cookie sheet. Serve warm.
