Cold Shrimp Pizza
Cold Shrimp "Pizza" is a clever little appetizer - it's really a seafood-and-cream-cheese spread served with crackers. It has a breezy, West Coast taste that is perfectly complimented by a light fruit cocktail.
Ingredients
- 2 (8 oz.) package cream cheese
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 cup catsup
- 1/2 teaspoon horseradish
- garlic powder, to taste
- 1 small can crabmeat
- 1 can medium deveined shrimp
- Ritz crackers, as desired
Instructions
- Cream together cream cheese and milk. Spread on a large tray. Mix together catsup and horseradish; spread on top of cream cheese.
- Sprinkle lightly with garlic powder. Spread one can of crabmeat over sauce and one can shrimp over crabmeat. Arrange crackers standing on edge around edge of tray.
