I had to call my wife over to look at the computer when I came across this recipe. These look absolutely splendid and I need to pick up some eggroll wrappers the next time I go shopping. I have several packages of Steak-Umms in the freezer, and I know they would work well for this. I have a particular fondness for Philly Cheese Steak subs and this eggroll version looks incredibly tempting.
