"This is the salsa I make on the days that I want fresh salsa but not all of the work. It's delicious and easier than you would think! You can have homemade salsa in a jiffy too!"

- 1 can rotel
- 2 tomatoes
- half of one small onion
- zest from one lime
- 1 cup chopped cilantro
- salt and pepper to taste
