Cold Noodles with Chobani Sesame Sauce
Cold Noodles with Chobani Sesame Sauce is a wonderful homemade noodle recipe that will have you eating bowl after bowl. This quick and easy recipe is perfect any day of the week and will become one of your favorites.

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons reduced-sodium soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons smooth peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons plain 0% Chobani greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon unseasoned rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, peeled and grated
- 1 teaspoon garlic chili sauce
- 8 ounces whole-wheat spaghetti, cooked
- thinly sliced scallions and red peppers, for garnish
- sesame seeds, for garnish
Instructions
- Blend soy sauce, peanut butter, Chobani, sesame oil, vinegar, ginger, and chili sauce in blender or food processor. Blend until smooth.
- Pour sauce over noodles and toss to cover.
- Add 1 to 2 tablespoons cold water to thin, if necessary.
- Sprinkle with scallions, peppers, and sesame seeds. Serve immediately or refrigerate up to 3 days.
