How many of these mini taco cups does it take to fill you up? I think these sounds so tasty, but I will have to make tons of them to feed my big family or find other dishes to go with them. I was thinking some fried rice and some desserts to go with it.

These look absolutely yummy. I like the option of using the pre-made filo cups since that makes this even simpler to make. I might add some finely diced onion and green pepper to the beef mixture while cooking. I could easily see munching on a whole plate of these myself. It's a really fast and delicious appetizer or snack and definitely one to try soon.
