This looks really tasty. I'm not sure about the availability of Rhodes rolls around here, but I'll have to check Wal-Mart for them, and I'm sure a suitable substitute can be found. I love just about any kind of cake or bread incorporating apples, and I know I'll be giving this one a try. The maple glaze sounds really appealing and a great finishing touch to this.
