Whole Cranberry Bread
Whole Cranberry Bread is an old family recipe that's classy enough to make for the holidays. The fresh cranberries (not dried) add a bright pop of color to the bread loaf, making it very pretty to look at. But, more important than its looks, is its taste. The cranberries and walnuts add nice texture and the fruity flavor is refreshing. Serve it with dinner, after dinner, or present it as a gift. This cranberry bread recipe is perfect for all kinds of occasions.

I am happy that I sensed this needed to go into ONLY 1 pan. I came back to this website and saw the Dec. 4, 2016 comment and this affirmed my decision. PLEASE make the correction so that others will not have a problem.

This sounds perfect, and easy. I wanted to make a Cranberry Pound Cake, but this is better. I bought fresh cranberries yesterday and wasn't sure if I had to do anything to them before baking. Now I just have to run out and get the OJ.

This is an old recipe - my mother made this for many Christmases when I was a little girl, and I have made it several times. It is so good.
