Every year, on a friends birthday, a group of us get together for a big brunch celebration. This year it was at our house so, amongst other things, I made this Pumpkin French Toast Bake. Wow, was it delicious!! I had to improvise a little because we dont have all the branded products here in South Africa but everybody remarked on how tasty it was. Definitely a winner!
