Any dish with ramen noodles always puts a huge smile on my face! I love ramen, its so easy and inexpensive. These are great recipes to add to my noodle collection. I have been on a noodle kick since experiencing authentic Japanese noodles they pack such great flavor. These offer such great variations and different takes on a classic. I will have to make these for my friend who sent time in japan and see what he thinks.
