Berry Pound Cake

Ingredients
- 1 box (about 16-ounces) pound cake mix
- 3/4 cup V8 Splash® Berry Blend Juice Drink
- 1 1/2 teaspoon V8 Splash® Berry Blend Juice Drink
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup confectioners' sugar
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Lightly grease a 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan.

Beat the cake mix, 3/4 cup juice drink and eggs in a medium bowl with an electric mixer on medium speed for 3 minutes or until the batter is thick and smooth. Pour the batter into the pan.

Bake for 45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

Let the cake cool in the pan on a wire rack for 10 minutes. Remove the cake from the pan and let cool completely on the wire rack.

Stir the confectioners' sugar and remaining 1.5 teaspoons juice drink in a small bowl until the mixture is smooth. Drizzle over the cake.

Its interesting but I curious, in the nutrition info=where are the carbs? Please advice. thanx. and I would prefer to try the Tropical blend.
