I originally got this desert recipe from watching Paula Dean, which I make quite often. She calls it Icebox Eclair Cake. So yummy and simple.

This is just one awesome dessert sinfully delicious. Even if you want to make a healthy version all you do is use low fat items, pudding,milk etc.they even make a low fat sugar free frosting out now. My husband and I have made this 3 times already it is one of our very favorite dessert, Absolutely amazingly delicious..So easy to make you will love it.
