Ingredients
- 1 chocolate cake mix (like Devil's Food)
- 2 round cake pans
- 2 small packages of chocolate pudding mix
- 2 cups fresh raspberries
Instructions
- Bake as directed on package of cake mix in two round cake pans (spray with non-stick spray).
- Cut if uneven and flip out cake to cool on rack.
- Prepare pudding mix and set aside. Wash raspberries.
- Place one layer of cooled cake on platter and top generously with pudding.
- Place a layer of raspberries on top then place second cake layer on top.
- Cover top and sides with remaining pudding and decorate with remaining raspberries.
